Photographic Tours on Sikinos Island, Cyclades
By Mark Wilman

Discover the hidden beauty of Sikinos island with a photographic tour organised by Mark Wilman. The island's ancient heritage of grape and olive cultivation dates back thousands of years. Sikinos was once a favourite destination of the Romans because of its excellent wine. Episkopi church on the far side of the island can attest to this with much of its original stonework built during the 3rd century A.D.

The terrains are steep and rocky requiring a decidedly good level of fitness. Excursions, unlike on Ios, last most of a day with a stopover at a bay for swimming an essential part of the itineraries.
